Participants Guidelines
- You cannot request for postponing the game schedule (doing so will result for game disqualification) but if incase it's important to postpone the match with valid reason contact Khev "Khevy" Villanueva.
- The match cannot be started without the knowledge of heads or marshal.
- Manager/Captains should be fully aware to the tournament schedule before accepting the invitation from the Tournament Heads.
- All participants/teams members should be fully aware with the game rules before starting the game.

We as the heads and event team have the right base in your action. After carefully review and investigation and we found out that you breaking the tournament rules will result game disqualification and the worst is to be kick out to the tournament.
Tournament Rules and Regulation
The following "rules" should be seen as guidelines. The administration is allowed to ignore a rule in order to make the competition as fair as possible.
If any conflict or unclarity occurs, always contact an admin. A list of the current admins can be found
Appearance and Behaviour
Flawless behaviour, during and between matches, and willingness to communicate with admins and other players is absolutely required. Furthermore, punctuality is essential for a smooth competition.
Schedules
The schedule can be found on the HERE. All players that compete in any Mindanao HoN League are required to be aware of the schedule and show up on time for their matches.
Official start of every game
The match cannot be started without the knowledge of heads or marshal.
Issue during the game
Both side are required to PAUSE the game if there is any issue happen inside the game.

Referees and spectators
Only the tournament admins, staff or assigned member with the permission of head admin can be referee or spectator of the game.
Pause
A team may pause the game at any time. The opposing team is allowed to unpause only after 10 minutes have passed from the start of the pause.
Pause Abuse
If a team does not have a reason for the pause and abuses its right (example: pausing for no reason 3 times in a row, wasting 30 minutes of the opponents time), the team may be subject to penalty.

If a player unintentionally disconnects at any point in the game, either team may pause the game. After a period of 20 minutes (or 2 uninterrupted pauses) either team may choose to continue on without the player's presence. If the player completely drops from the game, any items the player may have obtained throughout the course of the game are eligible to be used by any player who would pick them up.

If a player intentionally leaves after the match has started, the team may continue to play without them.
Remake
If a game is remade, the players or staff shall create new game in a All pick mode(once the draft has been made already) and all the players will join and click "ready", The admins must be notify about the game remake.
Remake in case of Server Crash
a) Server Crash DURING Picking Phase (before it has ended):
- Both teams must notify an Admin about the server crash
- Teams are not required to repeat any locks, bans or picks prior to the server crash.
- Teams are not required to repeat any locks, bans or picks prior to the server crash.
b) Server Crash AFTER Game Start - BEFORE 7:30 minute mark
- Teams must notify an Admin about the server crash
- Each player must pick the hero they had prior to server crash. Players may not swap heroes.
Remake - Server Issues
- If after the game start, either team notices a problem with the server, they have until the 7:30 minute mark to notify the opponent team and request a remake.
Remake - Player disconnects during Picking Phase
a) Blue or Pink Player disconnects:
- Either team may request a remake.
- Any locks, bans and picks BEFORE the Blue/Pink Player disconnected, are required to be repeated.
- Any locks, bans and picks AFTER the Blue/Pink Player disconnected have no value and teams may pick, lock and ban other heroes.
b) Any other Player disconnects:
- Teams continue the picking phase; the disconnected player's team must perform any swaps that do not involve such player. Either team may request a remake.
- Players are required to pick same heroes they had once the game started.
Remake - Other Reasons - Opponent Team accepts
A Game may be remade if a remake vote is passed by both teams.
a) Teams must notify the remake to an Admin.
b) The Admin will decide how and if the game is continued based on the reason for remake.
Winning Conditions - A team wins a game if one of the following conditions is met:
a) Team destroys the opposing team's World Tree/Sacrificial Shrine
b) Opposing team passes a vote to concede
c) All players on opposing team intentionally disconnect
OR
d) Opposing team forfeits the game.
Forfeit - one team has less than 5 team members
If a team does not have five (5) members within fifteen (15) minutes after the default time, such team forfeits the game or entire match and opposing team wins. The Mindanao HoN League Staff will automatically grant the forfeit win to the opposing team.
Forfeit - BOTH teams have less than 5 team members
If both teams do not have five (5) members within fifteen (15) minutes after the default time, the Mindanao HoN League Staff will automatically grant a double forfeit (a forfeit to each Team).
High Number of Forfeits lead to Disqualification
A Team that forfeits an excessive amount of matches during the game schedule may lead to disqualification. It is the Team's responsibility to check the Mindanao HoN League website for schedule and contact information. Three(3) penalty will the team receive a notification of WARNING and Four(4) penalty shall result of team DISQUALIFICATION and the team shall be removed from the tournament.
Incomplete lineup
Teams that are non yet complete during the given call time will be given 45 minutes to complete their lineup if the team with incomplete roster failed to gather their team mates will result of 1 game disqualification, next disqualification will is 9:15 PM.
Match Reporting
The winning team are required to report to admin and give a screen shot the ending game.
Restrictions
1. Hero Restrictions - All heroes available in lock pick mode are permitted. Heroes that are introduced in Lock Pick mode after the tournament has started are permitted.
2. Item Restrictions - All items available in lock pick mode are permitted. Items that are introduced in lock pick mode after the tournament has started are permitted.
3. Hero Skill Restrictions - Fissure Blocking: Blocking creep waves from exiting the base is deemed illegal. Pulling Ancients into the lane creeps, using Devourer or Behemoth is deemed illegal.
4. Strategy Limitations - There are no item limitations. Backdooring is allowed.
5. Game Exploits and Violations - It is illegal to intentionally utilize any game exploits for the purpose of generating a competitive advantage. Admins have discretion to determine the intention and extent of the violation and penalty.
6. Hacking - Hacking in any form is considered a violation of the Game Play Rules and will result in immediate player disqualification. Hacking includes, but is not limited to: map hacks, unit hacks, or any third party program not deemed legal by an Admin.
Sportsmanship
1. Sportsmanship - All Players will be required to uphold and observe an universal level of sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes, but is not limited to, racism, use of profanity, rude acts, vulgar acts, acts of belligerence, and disrespect towards any player, Admin or person involved with MHL Tournament.
Unsportsmanlike conduct may be disputed and may be grounds for player disqualification by an Admin. Rulings on unsportsmanlike actions are subject to the Admin's interpretation and assessment of seriousness. If a player is found in violation of this rule the following actions may happen:
- Minor infractions as judged by an Admin: Warning
- Severe infractions or repeated minor infractions as judged by an Admin: Disqualification
2. Game Chat - Game chat is permitted as long as it is done in a sportsmanlike manner. All chat should be kept to a minimum. Chat violations fall under unsportsmanlike conduct and may be disputed, resulting in an Admin enforcing a penalty.
Contacting an Admin
Teams may contact an Admin in order to get approval on a roster change or for any other issues. Contact via in-game whisper.
Who can Stream or cast
Any Player may stream from a first person point of view if a six (6) minute delay is in place.
Exploitation of Rules
If a player attempts to manipulate or exploit the Game Play Rules in any way other than for its intended use, Admins reserve the right to make a final ruling on the rule in question for the given match and/or dispute.
